Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service combines the convenience of online shopping with the immediacy of in-store pickup:

1. Shop on our website or mobile app as normal
2. Select "Click & Collect" at checkout
3. Choose your preferred Riwa Store location for collection
4. Receive confirmation when your order is ready (typically within 2 hours for in-stock items)
5. Visit the store at your convenience within 7 days
6. Present your order confirmation and ID at the Click & Collect counter
7. Inspect your items before taking them home

This service is completely free and gives you the flexibility to collect your purchase when it suits your schedule.

Collect your online orders from any of our convenient locations:

• Dubai: Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Deira City Center, Dubai Festival City, Ibn Battuta Mall
• Abu Dhabi: Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi Mall, Al Wahda Mall
• Sharjah: City Centre Sharjah, Sahara Centre
• Other Emirates: City Centre Ajman, Manar Mall (RAK), City Centre Fujairah

Each collection point is clearly marked within the store and staffed by our customer service team to ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Our Click & Collect service covers nearly our entire product range with a few guidelines:

• In-stock items are typically available for collection within 2 hours of ordering
• Items from nearby stores can usually be transferred for next-day collection
• Special order items will be available on their estimated arrival date
• Very large items (like certain home appliances) may have limited Click & Collect availability
• Product availability is shown in real-time during the checkout process

If you need an item urgently, you can check in-store availability online before placing your Click & Collect order to ensure same-day collection.
