Return Policy Overview

At Riwa Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within:

  • 14 days for most electronics and accessories
  • 7 days for smartphones, tablets, and wearables
  • 30 days for home appliances

All returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.

Exchange Process

Need a different model or color? Our exchange process makes it simple:

  1. Visit any Riwa Store location or initiate an exchange request online
  2. Present your invoice and the product with all original packaging
  3. Our team will verify the condition of the returned item
  4. Select your new product
  5. Pay the price difference (if applicable) or receive store credit

Exchanges are subject to the same time periods as our return policy. All exchanged items must be in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Software and digital products with broken seals
  • Memory cards, USB drives, and storage devices
  • Earbuds and headphones (for hygiene reasons) once opened
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refund Methods & Timeline

Refunds are processed according to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
  • Cash Payments: Immediate refund in-store or store credit
  • Payment Plans (Tabby/Tamara): Processed according to provider's policy

Shipping charges and installation fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

Can I return an item purchased online to a physical store?

Yes, you can return items purchased online to any Riwa Store location. Please bring your order confirmation, invoice, and the product with all original packaging.

Do I need the original packaging to return or exchange an item?

Yes, all returns and exchanges require the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. Products returned without complete packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange for pickup and replacement at no additional cost.

Can I get a refund for a gift purchase?

Yes, gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged for another item. A gift receipt or proof of purchase is required. The refund will be issued as store credit to the person returning the item.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

We do not charge restocking fees for most returns within the standard return period. However, certain high-value items or items returned without complete packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
