Premium Protection adds 30% to the basic price, while Complete Care adds 50%. Extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of your product purchase.

Adding extended warranty to your purchase is simple:

  2. Visit any Riwa Store location within 30 days of purchase
  3. Contact our customer service team to add coverage to a recent purchase

After purchase, you'll receive your extended warranty certificate via email, and coverage will be linked to your product's serial number in our system.

Extended warranty coverage begins after the manufacturer's warranty expires. For example, if your product comes with a 1-year warranty and you purchase a 2-year extension, you'll have 3 years of total coverage from the date of purchase.

Is the extended warranty transferable?

Yes, if you sell or give your product to someone else, the extended warranty can be transferred to the new owner. Simply contact our customer service with the new owner's details to update our records.

What's the claim process for extended warranty?
